RSF MAGAZINE: What is MIR3?

RSF MAGAZINE: What is the business mission?

RSF MAGAZINE: What are your current projects or involvements?
MIR3 is growing rapidly so I am very focused on helping our CEO operationalize the business and drive new revenue growth. I am currently hiring sales, sales engineers, lead specialists, and technical writers. I am also working on a phased approach to growing our International business. As a senior executive, there are many projects that I am involved with on a daily basis but really it’s a team approach. We have a great team and everyone is committed to helping one another. I am personally focused on cross organizational communication, customer engagement and enablement, and a global sales and marketing strategy for explosive growth. MIR3 has a great culture and I am happy to be a part of it.
From the product development perspective: We are constantly focused on INNOVATION— this is the key component of growth. This includes implementing multinational versions of the system and constantly re-modularizing the back end to enhance and improve usability and functionality. With technology ever changing, we are a constant work in progress.

RSF MAGAZINE: If you had to give a piece of advice to business owners out there, what would it be?
There are many business owners that have far more knowledge about running a firm than me. I am a strategist and operator but I have not built a company from the ground up. I would look to our CEO to answer this and he would probably say “…it’s about the people and sometimes what most people overlook can be a person’s greatest asset to a firm. It’s also about loyalty and trusting in the key people to help run the business because one person can’t do it all. We all have a core competency and an owner must look for those key competencies in people and encourage them to develop and grow their skills.”
